S narance  naribajte koricu i iscjeditesok ,odvojite 2 zlice ,dodajte sitno seckanu usecerenu koricu.Istucite bjelanjke sa 25 dag,secera u prahu ,umesajte narancinu smjesu ,ljesnakw,bademe i mrvice.Zamesite tjesto ,omotajte folijom i stavite u hladionik na 2 sata.Radnu povrsinu sa kristal secerom pa testo razvaljajte i i rezite zvezdice.Poslazite ih na lim pokrivenom masnom hartijom .Preostali secer u prahu dugo mesajte sa 2kasike limunovog soka sta ste ranije odvojili pa dobijenu smesu naneite na zvezdice.Neka se suse 2 sata  a onda i pecite 25-30min.na 150 COvi keksi mogu da stoje 3-4 tjedna.

Pripremanje :
Vrlo sitno iseckajte luk a onda ga isprzite s maslacem,uljem i slaninom,onda dodajte oguljene narezane rajcice i kuvajte ih dok se rajcice ne raspadnu.Posolite,popaprite i dodajte bosiljak.Zalijte na spagete i uz to naravno posluzite parmezan.


Zacinjeni umak od rajcica:

1.2kg. svezih rajcica,1 zlicu maslinovo ulje 2 reznja cesnjaka,1 glavicu luka,1 mrkvu,2 zlice pekmeza od rajcice,1 zlicicu secera,2 dag,persin,bosiljka i mravinca
50 dag.tjestenine sol,papar
Rajcice prvo oljupite i narezite ,ali prvo poprzite cesnjak i luk sa uljem.Dodajte vrlo sitno naribanu mrkvu i rajcice.Kuhajte ovo 10 minuta.Primesajte pekmez od rajcica secer,sol,papar a onda kuhajte ovo jos 2-3 minuta.Kad se ohladi smrvite smikserom Prokuhajte i dodajte zacinsko bilje i na kraju umesajte sa skuhanu tjesteninu.


Brzi umak "Bolognese"

2 zlice maslinovog ulja
1 veliku glavicu luka
2 reznja cesnjaka
1 veliku mrkvu
1 krisku celerovog korijena

5dl.govedske juhe
4 dl.crnog vino
50 dag,rajcice sa konzerve
1 zlicicu secera
2 zlice nasjeckani persin
sol
papar
spagete
i aribanog parmezana

Na ulje proprzite cesnjak i luk i zatim naseckanu mrkvu i celer.primesajte nadjev od kobasica,juhu,vino sol i papar.Kad to provri poklopite i smanjite temperaturu i kuhajte oko pola sata.Dodajte seckane rajcice i nasjeckani persun pa kuhajte jos 15 min.Posolite,popaprite i pomesajte sa skuvanim i ocjedeninm spagetama.


Umak "Carbonara"

1 rezanj cesnjaka

40 dag spagete
5dag naribani parmezan

Dok se spagete kuhaju jaja dobro istucite zicom za snijeg.Slaninu narezite na kockice i isprzite na ulju.Posolite,popaprite te primesajte usitnjeni cesnjak pa odmah umesajte u skuhane spagete.Uspite u dobro zagrijanu zdjelu i odmah primesajte jaja.Morate cvrsto da mesate da nastane umak.Posluzite sa parmezanom.
